Over 25 successful years in the corporate world, I developed a passion for helping clients to solve complex problems.  I also learned a lot about managing a career, navigating transitions, and the importance of goals. In 2017, I began to focus in earnest on how I wanted to contribute during the second half of my life and career.  This process led me to coaching, something I had been doing informally for many years.
